• Why this group of sites?
  
  Because where ever we are in the world, we're all pretty much the same. We talk about the same things - the things that concern us, make us curious, make us laugh.
  
  And because what we say matters.
  
  These sites are the simplest way to have these conversations - across all cultures and geographies, across the world.
  
  
• All you need do is register and select a city as your main location. There are 379 cities/locations to choose from. We've included all 194 countries in the world. The default city when your register is London. You can change this at any time in your profile.
  
  
• You can visit anyone else's profile by clicking on their username at the beginning of their post.
  
  
• You can add friends to 'follow' - or you may be selected by someone as a friend to 'follow'. You can remove friends and followers at any time in your profile.
  

• There is a limit of 500 characters on your post, but we can only show the first 160 characters on the front page. This is because we will be adding Instant Messenger and SMS capability in time.
